Saturday night I went to a party with a guy friend from college and then after we walked around town with our friends with arms around each other for about 3 hours. I know that if I had given him the cues, he would’ve kissed me. Monday he sent me a snapchat and I replied. Then today (Tuesday) he asked me to send the one picture that got taken of us that night to him. The point is I like him and wanna spend more time with him, but I’m not looking to date him. His birthday is in a couple days and I wanna be with him on it. How do I let him know I wanna spend more time with him without scaring him off and making him think I want something serious? Thank you.

Most guys don’t want anything serious, specially at your age. What you have described above happens to be most guy’s dream come true; a friend with benefits.

Option A: Just be straight out with him and tell him you don’t want anything serious. He will most likely agree, specially if you’re somewhat good looking.

Option B: Do what ever it takes to be alone with him on his birthday and be in a place where “stuff” can happen. In other words, make it as easy as possible for him to make a move on you or if you have to, make a move on him. Also, dress sexy.
